IMMUTABLE ACTIVITY

BULK INTAKE

Review batch before import

Assign destinations in bulk, then change only the exceptions. Nothing uploads until you submit.

Selected

Page 1

CONFIRM INTAKE

Submit eligible files

Rejected files remain in the review as skipped. They are not uploaded.

FILE ISSUES

Files that were not imported

No file issues.

DUPLICATE FILE

This file is already in the library

The upload matches an existing file by SHA-256. Choose whether to keep both, replace the current record, or cancel this file.

BATCH CLASSIFY

Classify selected files

This writes the same asset category, and the same document type when you choose Documentation, onto every selected file. Use it on a similar batch.

ORGANIZE ASSETS

Move selected to…

This changes workspace membership only. Files, storage, previews, collections, and analysis are not moved or regenerated.

LOCAL CONFIGURATION

Settings

Checking AI configuration

—

OmniStudio reads OPENAI_API_KEY from the local .env file. The key is never sent to the browser or stored in the asset database.

Objective file inspection and manual metadata editing work without an API key.

AWS storage

LOCAL ONLY
Checking storage configuration

—

S3 uses the standard AWS credential chain. Bucket, region, prefix, and automatic upload behavior are configured in .env.

Asset files: local disk

HOST DISK

OmniStudio stores the database and uploaded files on this computer. Limits come from the host configuration.

ADMIN SETUP

Automatic routing

MATCH RULES

A precise phrase such as U.S. Navy can automatically route analyzed artwork into a store and nested collection. Open a store in Browse storage to edit that store's rules in the side pane.

Users and permissions

ACCOUNTS

Everyone can browse the library. Basic users may change or trash only artwork they imported. Store owners manage their stores and may trash or unassign artwork in those stores. An auditor tag lets a user edit metadata in selected stores without delete rights.

Access permissions

SCOPE

Workspace access

Silo administration for the selected workspaces.

Store access

Store admins manage these stores.

Auditor stores

Metadata and audit visibility only. Not workspace administration.

Workspace assignment

METADATA

Assigns only assets that do not yet have a workspace. Existing assignments are not changed. Original files, previews, analysis, collections, and storage are left untouched.

Needs routing: 0

Session timeout

SECURITY

Users are signed out after this many minutes without mouse, keyboard, or touch activity. The server also rejects idle sessions.

Recent activity

AUDIT LOG

Choose 1–100 recent events. Older activity stays in the server change log.

STAGING · TOP ADMIN

Store Import

Drop a store zip to inventory, import, and optionally analyze it. Closing this tab after the ZIP is received does not stop server-side import or analysis.

The browser is required only while the ZIP is uploading. After “ZIP received,” import and analysis continue on the server even if you sign out. AI analysis may incur usage cost and runs only when you explicitly choose it below.

Large dumps that the browser cannot send can be copied into data/inbox on this machine, then refresh this list.

Drop a folder or zip Or choose a folder / zip below. Staging limit 40 GB.

Staged stores

NONE

Nothing staged yet. Drop a store or copy it into data/inbox.

COLLECTIONS · STORE ADMIN

Collection resolution

Review server-owned groups instead of touching files one by one. Store-level is a valid result. Nothing is created or moved until you confirm a group.

Generation creates a proposal snapshot. It does not record a collection decision or move files.

Choose a store and generate proposals.
